This could be majority of an evening/night shift 3pm to midnight, however, the shifts can vary based on the specific project and need of the client. Please make sure to discuss this with the candidates in the beginning.
Candidates will not be reimbursed for mileage
Reason for this is because they will not be driving to multiple locations within the same day. They will be at only once location per day
This group works projects and will be working at one location at a time, the only driving they have is to work and home which is not considered a driving role that is reimbursable.
Some projects may last a day, few days, or even a couple if weeks, it all depends on the need.
Duration: 1 Year, with Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate

Job Description:
As a Field Engineer 3, you will perform activities associated with PC and Printer refresh. Installing and diagnosing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop & laptop computers, printers, network devices, standard software, and low-end servers at customer sites, and/or depot locations.
You will be directed by Help Desk, Service Desk, or script using standard methods, techniques, and tools. You will also apply personal knowledge to resolve product support issues that could not be addressed by service desk. Your assignments will range in complexity from troubleshooting and repairs to reloading and re-imaging of PCs/laptops.
Responsibilties:
You will be working in the deployment services
Supporting the implementation and rollout of new applications or infrastructure
Activities may include:
- Hardware or software procurement
- Configuration
- Tuning
- Staging
- Installation
- Interoperability testing
Provides support for software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops and servers.
Performs installs, moves, adds and changes as required.
Tests and certifies PCs, networks, servers and client approved applications.
Provides follow-up on problems or escalation.
Maintains a high degree of professionalism in actions, demeanor and dress. Insures customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.
Ensures client specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system. •
