Key Responsibilities:
Identify & develop competency-based syllabus and collaborate with other division’s trainers for program delivery related to company SOP’s.
Collaborate with Aftersales teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and identify required skills or competencies needed.
Delivering training sessions for Aftersales teams, focus on enhancing soft-skill in service quality, technical skills to improve employee productivity;
Responsible for evaluating the skills and performance of Aftersales teams to identify gaps and areas for improvement;
Collaborate with direct report to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training/ academy programs through training, assessments, feedback, other metrics and continuously improve the programs ( include blended learning and e-learning approaches);
Develop post-training programs to ensure continuous skill enhancement;
Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), assisting employees with access to the learning resources.
Develop online learning material in collaboration with multimedia & product teams.
Keep update on the latest approach for employee development and adjust training programs as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in any major;
Having experience in learning & development ot training and development at least 1-2 years;
Hands-on experience in Training Need Analysis (TNA) and designing training programs;
Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills;
Capable to manage multiple training projects, and target oriented;
Adaptable to change and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and graphic design tools to create interactive training materials will be an added value.
