Partner Product Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide training & re-training for Mekari product & sales related skill

• Provide Mekari features updates for partners

• Maintain partner involvement on client health

• Run partner collaboration activities

• Help assist on the technical questions/problems 

• Gather partner feedback to improve product features for partner collaboration

Requirements:

• Having an agile understanding of SaaS Industry

• Has prior knowledge of ERP system/Omnichannel-CRM/Accounting (depends on product applied for)

• Has excellent oral and written communication skills

• Has the ability to build relationships & collaborate with others

• Able to learn fast and is eager to learn

• Proficiency in processing data using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
