Product Manager / Assistant Product Manager

• Assist in product development and create unique customer value proposition for card product to tap young and affluent segment
• Collaborate with analytic team to provide insights for the portfolio's strategy development
• Develop and implement end-to-end acquisition programs and marketing initiatives for card products
• Drive and implement usage activities and campaigns to deliver overall card sales
• Negotiate merchant offers with key partners and work closely with partners and vendors to ensure efficiency in executing and launching unique product features and exclusive loyalty programs
• Execute customer value propositions, positioning, segmentation, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to drive product value
• Work closely with internal teams across Compliance, Legal, Operations, Risk and Marketing on various aspects of product usage

• University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of advertising agency / banking experience, exposure to card marketing / business is an advantage.  Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager.
• Strong business acumen and good sense with numbers
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and project management skills
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
