Position Summary: Responsible for transport and delivery of documents, ship’s crew, customers and ship’s spare parts while adhering to all governmental regulations and requirements as to documentation and procedural processes.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
• Deliver/pick up/sign documents to/from/at terminals
• Deliver documents to Customs office
• Pick up documents from vessels and other Agency offices
• Pick up office supplies when necessary
• Pick up and transport crew joining vessels using Company vehicle
• Pick up and deliver spare parts
• Transport customers to various locations
• Maintain written log of all activities/mileage
Education, Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Abilities Required:
• Have or able to obtain TWIC (Transportation Workers Identification Card)
• Use of Microsoft Office Suite Applications
• Flexible Schedule with some nights and weekends required
• Must have Valid Driver's License and good driving record
• Mature, responsible individual able to work with little supervision
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to carry at least 50 lbs.
• Lift up to 70 lbs.
• Climb steep ladders/stairs
