UKG Dimensions Environment Manager

Salary Range: $110k-$130k/Annum



Job Description:

• Manage the activities associated with the cloud-based the client's environments in support of the migration from the client's Workforce Central.

• Work closely with Integration Manager, System Integration Partner, testing leads, internal and external customers to ensure all client's and related environments are available and accessible based on project schedule
• Support and maintain all production and non-production environments, including working with end users and others within IT
• Identify environment issues or trends and offer recommendations for improvement and resolution
• Work with vendor to ensure environment readiness for each phase of the project
• Work with vendor to optimize performance in all environments
• Maintain technical documentation related to UKG Dimensions environments with all the technical details and proper visual diagrams (Flowcharts, Diagram and layouts) for ease of understanding
• Ability to solve complex problems; Analyze issues to determine source and recommend solutions
• Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high quality work while meeting all deadlines for both internal and external customers
• Assist in reviews, deployments and Knowledge Transfer sessions to Stakeholders and DEV/SEC/OPS sustain team
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert on UKG Dimensions and related environments
• Makes decisions guided by functional strategies, priorities, and resource availability.

• 10+ years supporting cloud solutions
• Experience working with 3rd-party resources and vendors
• 5+ years of experience in UKG-Kronos Dimensions/Workforce Central V8.1, preferred
• Experience in WIM Development and managing integrations, preferred

• This role should have prior knowledge or experience with HRIS or Workforce Management systems
• Experience working with cloud solutions
• Works under general guidance and direction
• May provide guidance to less experienced colleagues
• Has knowledge and experience in own discipline / business unit; still learning in some areas
• Builds knowledge of the organization, processes and customers.
• Solves a range of simple to complex issues related but not limited to UKG environments
• Leverages and follows Enterprise standard tools and processes, establishes robust traceability and audit process for integrations
• Supports and shepherds the integration support to DevSecOps sustain teams at completion of build, testing and go-live
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint

• ADO (Azure DevOps) for test planning and coordination, preferred
• Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to communicate with various teams, various business units directly or indirectly and IT users, ability to listen to the end user requirements and take appropriate action based on Food and Beverage's guidelines, a problem solver.
