As a Sales Quality Assurance Specialist, you will support the Sales Quality Assurance team by booking meetings, monitoring CRM reports, conducting quality assurance activities, and tracking KPIs.

In this role, you will:

  • Book meetings for the sales teams and oversee the scheduling and assignment of meetings to appropriate sales teams and agents;
  • Lead the monitoring and maintenance of the CRM reporting platform, ensuring data accuracy and preparing comprehensive analytical reports;
  • Conduct quality assurance activities, including regular follow-ups on meetings and sales activities, verifying client interactions, and ensuring the accuracy of sales reports, particularly for large and enterprise accounts;
  • Track KPIs for the sales team and individual agents, providing insights and recommendations for performance improvement;
  • Provide detailed reports and analysis to management, supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement in sales quality;
  • Provide training and support to Sales Quality Assurance Executives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, quality assurance, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of CRM systems and sales operations;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented;
  • Proactive and self-motivated;
  • Reliable and trustworthy;
  • Team player.
