TITLE: Lead .NET Developer
TYPE: Direct Hire
LOCATION: 100% Remote (HQ located near Marlton, NJ)
ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: 100% Remote
START DATE: October/November 2023
SHIFT: M-F, 830am - 5pm EST

We are looking for a Lead .NET Developer to join our rapidly growing team. This individual should have at least 8 years of proven experience as a hands-on developer while also having at least 3 years of mentorship and leadership experience for junior-level developers. Projects include a number of cutting-edge initiatives that are at various stages of completion, ranging from application builds and refreshes, API integrations with 3rd party databases, AWS migration, etc. This role will be 100% remote forever.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Coach, mentor, and train a team of junior and mid-level developers.
Perform the role of an SR level developer who will be doing a good amount of heavy lifting from a .NET development standpoint.
Assist with the architecture of API's, .NET development, and some SQL.
Utilize REST API to integrate off-the-shelf and customer-built applications with the AWS cloud.
Develop commercial-grade code in C#.NET in order to provide enhancements to existing applications and create new code.
Understand SQL Queries. If you have intermediate or advanced-level knowledge of SQL, it's a big plus.
Work as part of a team using hybrid-agile methodologies and iterative development in order to accomplish department goals and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, or a related field is required.
10+ years' experience in C#.NET utilizing frameworks.
3+ years of leadership and mentorship experience in the development space.
Must have strong communication skills in English.
Proven track record of creating custom application integration using REST API or SOAP.
At least basic level knowledge of SQL. The more you know about SQL, the better.
Ability to work remotely during EST hours.
Self-motivated, team player who communicates effectively with team members and upper management.
