Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Development: Take ownership of crafting communications and brand strategies that uncover and address real human problems behind business challenges.
- Collaborate on Campaigns: Partner closely with creative teams to develop ideas that stay on brief and deliver meaningful solutions
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with account, digital, PR, and analytics teams to turn insights into actionable plans that deliver results.
- Monitor and Optimize: Track campaign performance and proactively make adjustments to ensure long-term impact and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a strategy or planning role within an advertising agency and/or PR firm
- A proven track record of supporting and leading campaigns that deliver strong business results and cultural relevance.
- Strong understanding of branding and consumer behaviour.
- Relevant educational background (psychology, cultural anthropology, or sociology preferred).Experience with DE&I and multicultural initiatives is a plus but not required.
