In this pivotal role, you will work with stakeholders across the entire organization and focus on cultivating a strong, active community that drives brand loyalty, customer retention, and advocacy. </p><p dir="ltr">You will design and implement programs to engage customers, create referral and advocacy programs, develop content and events that resonate with the community and ensure that our customers and their successes are front and center of our voice. Your goal is to create a loyal customer base that actively advocates for Quinyx. </p><p dir="ltr">This position requires a creative marketer with a passion for customer engagement and a proven track record in building customer communities &amp; advocacy. <br></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Design and build an engaging community for our audience; recruit community members and customer advocates through various channels and support its rollout across all regions.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experiment with engagement strategies, including events, webinars, workshops, CABs, and awards programs.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Create, manage, and maintain our customer advocacy program.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Develop a customer referral program to support sales and marketing.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Run our annual global in-person and digital conference</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Identify key advocates to create case studies, manage customer success stories, and enable speaking opportunities to support our business objectives</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Streamline and manage customer communications</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What you’ll bring to the team</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">5+ years of Customer Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing experience.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proven experience in building customer communities.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong marketing communication skills and passion for customer service.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ability to proactively identify opportunities and deliver results.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in creating and managing customer marketing programs.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Demonstrated success in customer engagement and community building.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proficiency in content creation.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Exceptional planning, communications and interpersonal skills.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ability to meet deadlines.</p></li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>What is it for you?</strong></p><p>We promote and encourage a healthy lifestyle with flexible work hours and latest tools, enhanced vacation allowance, gym membership contribution, and last but not least, you will have the chance to participate in our well-known yearly ugly Xmas sweater competition!</p><p><strong>Life at Quinyx</strong></p><p>We are an innovative, agile and continuously growing modern tech company.
