<h2>Role</h2><p>As the Commercial Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and building strong customer relationships in the Gothenburg region. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the commercial efforts, including sales, business development, and account management. </p><p>Furthermore, you will support the delivery organization by leading projects and making sure we deliver value-creating AI and meet the client's expectations every step of the way.</p><p>You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, understanding their unique challenges, and developing tailored AI solutions to meet their needs.</p><p><strong>This is a fairly senior role and candidates with strong networks within Gothenburg's tech and industrial scenes will be prioritized.</strong> </p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively generate leads, and nurture them into successful partnerships.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of client's business objectives, challenges, and pain points, and provide strategic guidance on leveraging AI solutions to achieve their goals.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the technical team to translate customer requirements into feasible AI solutions and proposals.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.</li><li>Represent Modulai at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and build brand awareness.<br></li><li>Develop the Gothenburg Office and support in finding and vetting brilliant candidates.</li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li>Previous experience in a sales or business development role, in the AI space or related industry.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully closing deals and meeting sales targets.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.</li><li>Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value of AI solutions to clients.</li><li>Self-motivated and independent, with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.</li><li>A keen interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on the latest advancements.</li><li>Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.<br></li></ul><h2>What we offer</h2><ul><li>The opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative AI Agency at the forefront of the industry.</li><li>A collaborative and inclusive work environment that values creativity, expertise, and teamwork.</li><li>Exciting projects with leading clients across various industries, providing exposure to diverse challenges and opportunities.</li><li>Professional growth and development opportunities, including training programs and industry conferences.</li></ul><p>If you are a driven individual with a passion for AI and a knack for building successful customer relationships, we invite you to join our team at Modulai and make a significant impact in the field of AI.
