Scope:
The Business Planner Data Analyst will report to the KAM Retail and will support the Account Management group in all areas specific to product planning, logistics, reporting, and sales support for the country group. In addition, this role will have dotted line responsibility into the SVP and is responsible for the collection, processing and reporting of business transactions for the Latin American region. Transactions include but are not limited to inventory levels, sales to customers, retail sales, pricing and promotional activity tracking.
This individual will act as the primary owner of all forecasts, demand planning, sales reports and analysis for the country group. The individual will be responsible for consolidating all retail forecasts and reports into a comprehensive regional report.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Work with Kams team to generate weekly and monthly sales and product planning reports and analysis.
Skills & Qualifications:
§ Studing degree in finance or business administration required, or equivalent related experience.
§ 2+ years of experience in a sales planning or analysis role.
§ Experience in consumer electronics or a related field.
§ General knowledge of demand planning, inventory management & operations.
§ Superior written and verbal skills to facilitate the communication process - must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
§ A proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
§ Strong analytical skills with a creative approach to idea generation and problem-solving.
§ Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
§ The individual must be organized, resourceful, strategic, and results oriented.
§ Self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook, forward planner, team player and must be able to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
§ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software; specifically MS Excel.
§ Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
