As the Alliance Manager, you will work closely within the Salesforce Ecosystem to partner with clients and solve complex business problems that grow our business. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, client-facing programs, and event sponsorships to generate leads for our Sales team.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and nurture key relationships directly with Alliance Partner leadership and coordinate joint selling efforts with and between Accellor and Salesforce sales teams. Establish cadence and reviews or QBR’s to manage the effectiveness of partnering and to drive go-forward selling motions.
  • Define and lead execution of direct to partner marketing strategy, campaigns and outreach for integrated alliance marketing campaigns to achieve our and partner pipeline goals through events, thought leadership, collateral, and digital marketing.
  • Map/update the Salesforce ecosystem as it changes to assist the leadership with Partner Mapping for territory and coverage models for GTM.
  • Design event strategy for annual conferences, regional events, roundtables, and alliance sponsored events; engaging in sponsorship negotiations; Execute agreed upon plans to support initiatives within described budgets
  • Work closely with team members to share best practices and leverage marketing programs and initiatives; create a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Sales and Delivery for targeted industry and account-based marketing campaigns to drive pipeline and create visibility and strength of our Alliance relationships
  • Responsible for driving alliance marketing programs, building internal and external awareness of technology solutions in a fast-paced team environment
  • Develop a broad understanding of our solutions to create effective alliance marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • In this hands-on role, you must be an exceptional communicator with critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of professional experience in professional services marketing or technology marketing
  • Experience in building and growing Alliance Partnerships within the Salesforce Ecosystem
  • Up to 30% travel required
  • Ability to synthesize information to create powerful, succinct materials; familiarity with integrating various technologies and tools to support marketing efforts
  • Proven management capabilities with excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Strong negotiation, project management and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
  • Demonstrable organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and keep time sensitive, highly visible projects running smoothly

Pay Transparency & EEO

At Accellor, we believe in equitable compensation. The base salary for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 with additional annual performance bonuses aligned with defined revenue growth metrics. The actual pay will depend on your skills, experience, and qualifications. The salary range is subject to change. Speak with your recruiter about any questions
