We are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic Product Manager to spearhead the development and growth of our digital platform. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with teams in Malaysia, the US, and Hong Kong to drive the digital transformation of our fitness, health, wellness, and functional foods brands. As this is a zero-to-one journey, we are looking for someone who is innovative, proactive, and ready to build the digital business from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product strategy, development, and launch of vitamins and supplements platform on Shopify.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Malaysia, the US, and Hong Kong to ensure seamless integration and alignment of digital initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve the platform and drive user engagement and growth.
- Focus on creating a customer-centric digital experience that integrates commerce with content and community.
Requirements

Proven Experience in Product Management:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, specifically in digital platforms or e-commerce.
- Demonstrated success in leading product development from conception to launch.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, UX/UI design, and agile methodologies.
Strategic Vision and Execution
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for the digital platform, aligning with Vitamins & Supplements' business goals.
- Proven track record of driving product innovation and growth in a competitive market.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Customer-Centric and Entrepreneurial Mindset:
- Deep understanding of user needs and the ability to translate them into compelling product features.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit, with experience in building and scaling digital businesses from the ground up.

Good to Haves:
Shopify Expertise:
- Extensive experience with Shopify, including setting up and managing Shopify stores.
- Knowledge of Shopify apps and integrations to enhance platform functionality.
Technical Expertise:
- Knowledge of web and mobile technologies, including familiarity with modern development frameworks and tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical constraints and opportunities.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience with data analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
Digital Content, Community, and Media Experience:
- Background in digital content creator or community platform.
- Experience in integrating commerce with content and community to create a cohesive digital ecosystem.
Global Market Experience:
- Experience in managing products for international markets, with a focus on the US, Asia, and particularly Hong Kong.
- Understanding of cultural differences and the ability to tailor product experiences to diverse user bases.
Project Management Skills:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
