As a Product Marketing Lead and expert, you will lead the craft of Product Marketing at Rovio’s biggest studio - Puzzle studio. Your role will be crucial in reshaping Product Marketing craft as part of the ongoing effort of repositioning all the marketing crafts towards the united goal of games’ business growth. You will be in charge of collaborating across crafts, making sure that the Product Marketing strategy and priorities are aligned with wider studio, games’ and marketing goals and strategies
You will have impact and fun at work by doing:
- Define and own Studio Product Marketing strategy aligned with Studio and Marketing strategy and goals
- Collaborate with other marketing leads in reshaping individual marketing crafts to increase the crafts’ impact and contribution to strategic business growth goals
- Line manage, mentor and coach team members of the Product Marketing craft to ensure their growth and personal development
- Support Product Marketing Managers in defining the quarterly and yearly marketing strategies, budgets and plans for their games and ensure execution at all stages of the game lifecycle
- Identify and develop growth levers - ensuring that the games have what it takes to be scaled up through a variety of Marketing tactics and User Acquisition. Assess and optimise marketability through bold and rigorous testing
- Continuously enhance the craft’s impact and influence on the game performance all throughout the user journey funnel
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing with a proven track record in managing marketing initiatives in a dynamic environment such as gaming industry
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Game team, User Acquisition, Brand, Creative, Community, Finance, and BI
- Proven success of leading and managing a successful team of marketers. If not, a track record of successful mentorship and training
- Growth and business driven mindset: always strive to improve and learn, encourage teams and colleagues to do the same
- Deep understanding of the mobile marketing funnel: UA, ASO, FTUE and good understanding of the role of various marketing functions and how they can work together to deliver growth
- Ability to influence product vision through a holistic approach to user and market insights
- Exceptional inspirational and motivational leadership skills, strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
It would be nice if you also have the following skills:
- Proven ability to identify and develop new growth levers and innovative strategies that significantly impact business outcomes
