<p><em><strong>Job Description: </strong></em></p><p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our Huawei Nordic Consumer Business team in Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our key accounts within the telecommunications and IoT sector. You will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and drive sales growth by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored IoT solutions that address the specific needs of our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for innovation within the operator landscape, ultimately contributing to our strategic goals and client success. </p><p><em>Key Responsibilities:</em></p><p><em>1. Account Management <br></em></p><ul><li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with operator customers.<br></li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded with IoT solutions.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of each account’s business model, objectives, and challenges.</li></ul><p><em>2. Sales Growth </em></p><ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging Huawei’s leading position in the market.<br></li><li>Drive sales by presenting IoT solutions that align with customers' strategic goals.</li><li>Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs. </li></ul><p><em>3. Strategic Planning </em></p><ul><li>Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction, ensuring long-term growth in the Finnish market.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.</li><li>Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.</li></ul><p><em>4. Customer Success </em></p><ul><li>Ensure customer success by providing proactive communication, resolving issues swiftly, and offering continuous support.</li></ul><p><em>5.
