Position Overview

The Technology Solutions Department has a need for a software developer skilled in C# .NET and UI frameworks such as AngularJS / React / SPFX. This is a hands-on role where you will be asked to design, develop and maintain applications, integrations and workflows leveraging custom development as well as low-code platforms such as the Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint and workflow orchestration platforms such as Camunda. Candidates must possess a keen attention to detail, strong application design and data skills to deliver scalable, robust applications that meet our business needs. This role will require you to work with end users in both a development and support capacity. As such, exceptional verbal and written communication skills are critical to success.

Responsibilities:

Create user-friendly, responsive, highly performant front-end interfaces and applications that meet aggressive business objectives
Develop reusable components and front-end libraries for use with current and future applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
Evaluate existing applications and develop recommendations for improving UI, performance and stability
Participate in project planning exercises to develop delivery timelines and estimates supporting overall project objectives
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the front-end technology stack and identify areas for improvement in current processes and procedures
Design, build and maintain automated test scripts within our CI / CD pipeline for all supported applications
Adhere to the latest development and security standards ensuring the stability of our applications and protection of our data
Support client requests and support needs by triaging support tickets in accordance with defined SLAs
Actively maintain application support procedures and documentation as required

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field of study
1-3 years of experience developing applications using languages and frameworks such as C#, .NET, React, Angular, Javascript, Python, Node.js, VS Code, HTML, CSS or similar technologies
1-3 years of experience building and deploying Azure-based application using the Azure App Service, Azure Functions, API Management, and Containerization within an Agile framework using CI / CD tools such as Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Octopus, CheckMarx and Sonatype
Development experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, Model-driven / Canvas apps, Power Apps, Power Automate and the Microsoft Dataverse a strong plus
Experience with Git and GitHub, Swagger and Postman
Experience developing applications on MS SQL Server / SSIS / SSMS or Azure SQL / Azure Managed Instance, Azure Data Factory
Knowledge of active directory and PowerShell
Experience designing workflows in BPMN 2.0 a strong plus
Self-motivated, team-oriented, flexible and able to multi-task
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Client oriented with excellent customer service skills
Motivated by a fast paced, complex environment
