Maintenance Supervisor

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Maintenance Supervisor for a prominent client of ours. This position is in ­­North Chicago, IL 60064. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• $42-$45/hour based on previous experience.
• 2nd Shift: 2:30PM – 11:00PM Monday - Friday
• The function of the Maintenance Supervisor is to improve work force productivity, make safety and quality enhancements, and achieve Maintenance Excellence KPI’s in the Manufacturing and Packaging facility, while supervising individuals in the maintenance organization.
• Responsible for collecting, compiling, organizing, and reporting out on maintenance related KPI’s.
• Ensures the areas in which assigned to receive prompt, efficient, and quality service from the maintenance function. Communicates all events/issues with appropriate individuals.
• Ensures compliance with safety requirements, current Good Manufacturing Practices, and Standard Operating Procedures in your group

Qualifications:

• Must have maintenance background & experience (at least two years) either mechanical or electrical.
• GMP experience is required.
• Experience using Maximo CMMS is preferred.
• Supervisor/Management Experience is preferred.
