Workers Comp Defense Attorney

Salary range $120K - $145K/year (DOE)

Responsibilities:

-Works with employers to settle workers comp cases

-Assess claimant documentation, legal benefits, and any other matters related.

-Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and other legal documentation

-Analysis of employment records

-Any other duties related to the role

Qualifications:

-Required: Juris Doctorate and CA Bar License -5+ years of experience

-Must have JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the State of Louisiana.

-Attention de detail and Multitasker -Results-oriented and Client-Focused

-Strong legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills

-Excellent organizational and time management skills
