Inbox Business Technologies, a leading provider of information technology and services, is looking for an experienced Head of Technical to join our team and play a pivotal reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operational delivery within the company, including managing a team of General Managers (GMs) across various departments. The Head of Delivery will lead initiatives to ensure efficient project execution, high service quality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Delivery team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and development opportunities to ensure high performance and growth.
- Oversee General Managers (GMs) across different departments, guiding them in operational strategies and ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to optimize operational delivery processes, driving efficiency and enhancing client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the COO and senior management to define and implement operational strategies that support business growth and scalability.
- Monitor and evaluate delivery metrics and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of operational processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to understand their needs and ensure delivery excellence.
- Act as a senior escalation point for delivery issues, working cross-functionally to resolve complex problems and mitigate risks.
- Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and staffing plans for all departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards related to service delivery and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven 10-15 years of a senior leadership role overseeing operations, with experience managing teams and driving organizational success.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience in implementing process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
