Select Source International is hiring 225 Guest Service Teammates to be part of the 2018 Super Bowl Experience from January 27th to February 4th 2018.The positions are a variety of hospitality roles with the use of some technology such as cameras, tablets or QR scanners. In these roles, you will constantly be interacting with fans, former football players and entertainers.
We need energetic and passionate Associates who are helpful and excited to be part of football's greatest event & the 2018 Super Bowl Experience. Most positions require substantial mobility to work and the ability to stand for extended periods of time.
All Associates who perform services as part of this event will be provided a uniform piece with 2018 Super Bowl Experience branding. You will be able to keep these pieces of memorabilia after the event.
This is a way for you to become part of the 2018 Super Bowl Experience in Minneapolis. We encourage groups of teams or student athletes participate in this event. If you want to be a part of football history, we want to hear from you.
Job Title: Guest Service Teammates for 2018 Super Bowl ExperienceLocation: Minneapolis Convention Center, 1301 2nd Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55403Duration: 26th Jan – 4th Feb 2018Pay Rate: $14.00/hr + meal for the shifts longer than 4 hoursResponsibilities• Greet guests and help create a positive and fun atmosphere
• Assist with games and activities for guests of all ages
• Ensure guests have an accurate expectation of the experience prior to entering
• Direct guest to autograph signing by more than 50 NFL stars
• Direct guests to visit the Vince Lombardi trophy
• Assist with evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency
• Other duties as assigned

• Demonstrated patience and enthusiasm in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal-skills and a positive, friendly demeanor
• High attention to detail
• Effective communication skills including the ability to speak in front of crowds
Qualifications• 2+ years' experience in the retail/tourism/hospitality industry or related experience preferred
