You will be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of accounting information within the Quinyx group, primarily working with the Swedish entity. Furthermore, with Quinyx's rapid growth, you will take a central part in the continued development of Quinyx's global financial processes. And you will manage different accounting-related development projects and processes to improve the accounting way of working. This is a full time position, but we are also open to a part time solution with you working 80%.</p><p dir="ltr">Quinyx products <a href="https://www.quinyx.com/workforce-management">https://www.quinyx.com/workforce-management</a></p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proactively developing, implementing, and improving Quinyx's accounting processes, routines, and working methods together with the Head of Accounting to enable the company's strong growth and international expansion. In particular, actively improve the use and implementation of our accounting system.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Driving the monthly close of the Swedish entities and making sure numbers are correctly reported in a timely manner.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Communicating about accounting principles with service providers in other group countries to ensure usage of the same accounting principles.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Making sure cash balances within the group are accurately reflected in the accounting system and Swedish VAT is correctly reported. </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Preparing fast and fair annual accounts, annual reports, tax returns, and declarations.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Supporting our Financial Controller in monthly reporting with any deep dives into the numbers as needed.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Working alongside our Head of Accounting on external audits.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Assuring compliance with Swedish GAAP (K3) and Swedish VAT and tax norms.
