You will work in a fast-paced tech environment and enjoy getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks. </p><p dir="ltr"><em>We have a hybrid working set up and therefore you will be required to attend our London office minimum twice per week.</em></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>About the role: </strong></p><p dir="ltr">As a Product Marketing Manager, you’re an essential part of the Marketing team at Quinyx. This is a broad and pivotal role with multiple stakeholders at an executive level. Product Marketing at Quinyx drives many facets of our business performance & the ideal candidate will combine commercial and strategic acumen with exceptional skill at creative communication, product positioning, and C-level stakeholder management. </p><p dir="ltr">You will design, assess and lead go-to-market strategies from A-Z and work closely with our product directors and their teams to give our new products and features the love and the commercial success they deserve. You’ll play a crucial role in fine tuning the vision, structure and strategy to fuel our product growth. </p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Deeply understand our customer audience of C-level executives, HR/Operations professionals and their needs.</li><li>Deeply understand our market dynamics, competitors and product levers to help grow the business.</li><li>Build and validate value propositions, messaging, and proof points to drive internal and external positioning and awareness.</li><li>Develop global go-to-market strategies for Quinyx products. Key activities include defining target segments and crafting the required product/solution positioning, packaging, messaging and pricing strategies as we refine and release new products and solutions.</li><li>Work closely with Product Management and other stakeholders to plan and execute successful product launches.</li><li>Translate new features and capabilities into customer-facing communications to increase customer and market adoption.</li><li>Dive into the win /loss analysis and pull out clear opportunities for future growth and changes to our product direction and sales messaging.</li><li>Own end-to-end product launches, including defining the go-to-market plans, sales enablement tools, and marketing activation in collaboration with our sales, customer success and marketing teams.</li></ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>You have: </strong></p><ul><li>Experience driving a go-to-market strategy in a technology company.</li><li>Proven ability to drive solution positioning and messaging, as well as experience in creating messaging platform.</li><li>Data fluent with the ability to identify trends and articulate business results achieved by past marketing initiatives.</li><li>Proven track record of driving successful go-to-market launche.</li><li>Exceptional planning, communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>A talent for communicating complicated concepts in a clear, concise, and compelling way.</li><li>Gravitas and confidence to deal with C-level internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Degree in business, marketing, information technology or another related field.</li></ul><p><strong>What is it for you?</strong></p><p> We promote and encourage a healthy lifestyle with flexible work hours and latest tools, enhanced vacation allowance, gym membership contribution, and last but not least, you will have the chance to participate in our well-known yearly ugly Xmas sweater competition!</p><p><strong>Life at Quinyx</strong></p><p>We are an innovative, agile and continuously growing modern tech company.
