Telecom Product Manager

International Telecommunication Company in North Charlotte is seeking a highly experienced and effective Wireless Communications Director. This role is responsible for direct oversight and direction of all Wireless Services business development, Program and Client Enrollments, best in class Program Delivery, Vendor Relationships, Contract Management, and day-to-day Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Product and Sales Management, advanced financial forecasting skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

This is a direct hire position with a salary between $85,000 - $100,000 with excellent benefits.

You will be responsible for Competitive Intelligence and Modeling (Run quarterly pricing models and periodic promotions) along with New Business Development (ACP, POTS lines, Fixed Wireless, International Roaming, etc.) Operations (Optimization, Tax Percentages, Vendor relations, incident escalations, website & enrollment processes, etc.) along with Financials (KPI's document Rev, SGA, Margin, Activations, Churn, ARPU, CPGA, etc,)and Forecasting in Workday & Quarterly Cash Forecasting

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's in business or similar degree
6+ years in Wireless Industry in a leadership role in Operations and Business Development

Highly Proficient in Product, Sales Management
Previous Experience in Wireless Product Management
Marketing Content Development
