A DAY IN THE LIFE: 

• Collaborating daily with a team to find and discover issues as well as identifying potential issues before they become problems
• Championing high level Quality Assurance of Agile/Scrum and testing processes and practices within the Engineering organization
• Analyze product requirements and design documents to identify the most effective testing strategies
• Adapting to change and pivoting quickly to resolve issues
• Possess a practical understanding of applying a risk-based, user mindset to evaluate new features

Requirements

YOUR EXPERIENCE + A FEW NICE TO HAVES:

• Experience in manual web based and mobile application testing
• Experience working within an Agile methodology (like Scrum)
• Experience in test scenario identification and test scenario mapping as well as directing test execution, and documenting/reporting on test artifacts
• Experience in various testing methods
• Experience in developing and championing  a culture of high product quality into engineering projects. Guiding and mentoring all members of development teams to engage in delivering quality products
