This is a Full Time W2 position, no subcontracting or C2C. OverviewDataSoft Technologies is seeking an Recruitment Manager to join our team in Greenville,SC. This Account Manager will be responsible for managing a team of internal recruiters, as well as helping to grow the business and add new clients.Responsibilities- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of talented recruiters
- Manage and direct team recruiting activities by providing focus and leadership motivating and developing recruiting team members
- Follow-up on all existing business to ensure retention, quality control, and development of additional business in collaboration with other team members.
- Conducting site visits, attending trade shows/recruiting events, and networking opportunities
- Keep abreast of changes in recruiting priorities of clients and help recruiters set priorities based on these changes
- Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure the team is adequately equipped to hire in a timely, cost effective manner and deliver candidates accurately matched to assigned clients' specifications
- Source clients and make daily contact, document activity within client tracking system
- Plan and work with team to execute client sourcing strategies
- Drive metrics-based goals and accountability
- Manage and negotiate relationships with recruiting vendors and seek out new tools, services, and resources
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of functional recruiting experience in a full life-cycle environment
- Team leadership experience; Remote team leadership experience a plus!
- Successful track record in recruiting process development and reporting
- Proven ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
- Model excellence in recruiting for the broader team and the business
- Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
- Strong negotiation and closing skills and the ability to build strong candidate/client relationships
- Comfort in communicating at all levels of the organization and utilizing your skills and expertise to inspire and influence the organization to action
- Ability to source active and passive candidates using a wide variety of resources for Sr level positions
- Team player mentality with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
- The ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment and embrace changes as they arise
