Experience Director of Legal Operations
8+ years of experience in legal operations
Exceptional leadership skills
Track record of tackling intricate challenges in a dynamic setting
Experience demonstrating highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality, is dedicated to delivering exceptional client satisfaction, works effectively within a team, and has a robust work ethic
Experience with Clio a plus
Bachelor's Degree or higher

DUTIES:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm's Information Systems and functions
Supervise and manage the firm's intake and engagement departments.
Oversee vendor relationships and management.
Provide leadership and supervision for the IT department.
Manage the daily operations of the office, including efficient allocation of support staff and facilities.
Take charge of equipment, software, and office service management.
Proactively identify and develop solutions for any issues that may arise.
Supervise the firm's billing and collections processes.
Maintain a professional and positive work environment by fostering effective communication across all levels.
Collaborate with the Controller and department heads to prepare reports for the Partners.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and streamlined practices.
Provide oversight of Client Service Managers to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
