Technical Writer

A law firm is looking for a Technical Writer to join their team in Washington, D.C. 

Compensation: $95-100K
Onsite for first 90 days, then 3 days/week

Responsible for reviewing, leading and building out the knowledge base articles (KBAs) for IT department.

Qualifications: 

• Must have prior experience writing technical needs. This could include writing new processes / procedures for new systems / solutions; writing user guides / how to's and where to go, etc.
• Must have excellent communication - written and verbal skills. This person will be documenting and writing so proper grammar in resume and being able to verbally communicate effectively is going to be key for this role and a top skill.
• Attention to detail is required! This individual will be reviewing hundreds of KBAs, and will need to make revisions / determine what is up to date, vs. not.
• Service Now experience is a plus.
