<p><strong>Job Objective</strong></p><p>As a Cloud Test Automation Engineer, your mission will be to use cutting edge technology to build and automate a highly efficient, flexible, and fault-tolerant cloud applications/solutions. You should be highly motivated and talented engineer with a strong desire to learn and grow your skills in managing and automating cloud environments for both testing and deployment. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Cloud infrastructure, Test Automation, System Testing, Performance Testing. </p><p><strong>You Should be Great At</strong></p><ol><li>Test, Integrate and deploy implemented cloud applications/solutions</li><li>Support System Test release road map for Cloud Platform solutions.</li><li>Drive and implement test automation solutions for Cloud Platform</li><li>Systems administration, automation coding experience, and a strong desire to expand experience in testing cloud solutions.</li><li>Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalates issues when necessary</li><li>Should be flexible to perform Manual testing as the time demands What It Takes</li></ol><p><strong>Must have</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent</li><li>4+ years of experience with the relevant technologies.</li><li>Strong hands-on technical skills including demonstrable Automation coding/scripting skills</li><li>Good understanding of Azure services and mocking concepts.</li><li>Ability in scripting and automation. Expertise in C#, JavaScript</li><li>Exposure on rest API automation/ testing is a must</li><li>Experience in driving non-functional testing such as behavioral testing, performance, and scalability testing</li><li>Experience with Performance/load testing tools (like JMeter/LoadRunner)</li><li>Develop test strategy, design test plan, documentation, write and review test cases effectively and independently with SAFe(agile) best practices</li><li>Good knowledge of SDLC, STLC, different types of testing and QA best practices.</li><li>Experience with automation tools/ libraries/ frameworks/ coding Language: Unit & Integration testing, E2E testing, Appium, Selenium/Webdriver, Postman, TestNG, Jmeter, Maven, Cucumber, GitHub/GitLab, JSON /XML Structure, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Familiarity with Microservices architecture</li><li>Collaborate with the Global team to maximize efficient use of the CI/CD technologies and SDLC tools: JIRA, Confluence, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, SonarQube</li><li>Experience in using bug tracking and management systems such as AzureDevops </li></ul><p><strong>Good to have</strong></p><ol><li>Experience in testing enterprise products/ business applications is highly preferred</li><li>Exposure on OWASP and security testing is an added advantage</li><li>Experience with cloud Infra on Azure</li><li>Startup mindset and hands on experience • Good verbal and written communication skills</li></ol><p><strong>COLUMBUS CAREERS that Change Lives</strong><br></p><ul><li>Keep up to date with changes/developments in the software and also in industry best practices, through self-learning, training and research.</li><li>Keep up to date with the development of the Columbus 9 doors offerings and all relevant associated products.</li><li>Provide support to your peers, your project team and the wider Columbus team for your specific areas of expertise.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous development of your team, the Company and the Group organization, through knowledge sharing</li></ul><p><strong>ABOUT COLUMBUS…</strong></p><p>Columbus is a global IT services and consulting corporation with more than 2,200 employees serving our customers worldwide.
