Summary: Involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing equipment deployment, and supporting systems like Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory. Includes server support, help desk functions, workstation imaging, and Teams Rooms support, with occasional after-hours work required. Problem-solving may involve external and internal resources.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Review ticket queues and support end users with break fix or upgrade requests.
- Track equipment using asset management software as devices are deployed to users.
- Problem solving at all levels when troubleshooting technical problems, from routine to highly complex.
- Resources used in problem solving include outside contractors, vendors, systems support documentation, and operations personnel.
- Responsible for developing and managing systems within scope set by senior management.
- Support Microsoft SCCM, Intune.
- Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory.
- Image workstations with SCCM and deploy to end users.
- Support server functions, VMware, Hyper-V.
- Support of held desk functions and deployment of new technologies.
- Support of Teams Rooms systems.
- Position will require some after-hours support to end users.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of prior level 1 experience
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing end user support
- A+, Network+, Server+, and/or Security+ certifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or a related technical field

- No budget responsibility
- No direct/indirect reports
