Summary:Deliverable Expert project manager across complex large-scale organization, prefer to have HR and/or M&A but not required
Scope of Work:- Provide Project Management for the M&A IMO HR workstream for the integration of a specific project
- Work closely with the internal HR M&A team, HR COEs and functional groups to ensure we meet the successful delivery of integration into Thermo Fisher HR programs
- Facilitate project team meetings, ensuring team understanding of current and upcoming tasks, timelines and owners
- Identify any risks or issues within the project, and ensure they are communicated to the leads, tracked, and/or mitigated where possible, while keeping the project on track
- Participate in HR IMO activities and work closely with the team to look for opportunities to improve the efficiency of the process
Additional Information:- Describe your team: Three senior managers, one full time PM, this will supplement the PM capability

- What does your group do? Working on four active integrations, this person will be assignment to one of those
- Describe the position: What will a typical workday look like? Comfortable being in meetings, on video and connecting through Teams
- What will the work schedule be? 8am-5pm
- Will there be any travel involved? No
