Staff Content Designer

Commitment:

• 2 month contract (08/26-10/26) with the possibility of extension through EOY
• Estimated hourly range $90-$100/hr

Role Overview

As a Staff Content Designer (Contract) at Novo, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content that enhances our user experience and aligns with our brand voice. This role requires a deep understanding of writing for digital platforms, the ability to lead content initiatives, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Lead content creation for key projects and initiatives.
• Produce and edit content for web and mobile app.
• Help conduct research to inform and support content development.
• Collaborate with product designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive user experiences.
• Develop and maintain content style guides and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10-15 years of experience in content writing with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in content strategy and writing for digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience creating content for financial and/or banking apps preferred.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.
• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach.
