RideNow Powersports is looking for a dedicated and motivated Internet Manager to join our team. As the Internet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the online sales and customer service operations for our powersports dealership. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about powersports and excels in digital sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming internet leads and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert internet leads into sales.
- Create and implement effective online marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze website performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in online sales and customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and service, to ensure a seamless online customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a swift and professional manner.
- Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase online sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in internet sales or online customer service, preferably in the powersports industry.
- Strong knowledge of online sales strategies and digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other online sales platforms.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive results.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for powersports and a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends.
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate weekend and evening shifts, as needed.
