About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Trainer | Field Coach to our Tea Chateau team! As the trainer, you will be responsible for training (not limited with Brand story, Product knowledge) and developing our retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in developing training materials, conduct engaging classroom trainings, setting performance standards and coaching the retail team to achieve excellent results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing training programs to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service excellence.
- Conducting regular training sessions for retail staff to improve their knowledge, skills, and performance.
- Assessing staff performance through on-the-job coaching, observation, and feedback.
- Providing ongoing support to retail staff to ensure they are meeting performance targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborating with the HR department and Retail Managers to identify training needs and develop training materials.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
- Reporting on training activities and the effectiveness of training programs.
Requirements
About You:
- Proven experience as a Retail Trainer, Field Coach, or similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, customer service principles, and product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge in Point-Of-Sales (POS) System is a big plus
- Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
