Our skilled teams and expertise in CRM platforms have made us the fastest-growing automotive support agency in the UK.</p><p><strong>What Will You Be Doing?</strong></p><p>As a Sales Support Executive, your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless journey from initial inquiry to vehicle order completion.</p><ul> <li>Process orders proficiently, in both German and English, adhering to our established policies and procedures.</li> <li>Maintain high standards of accuracy and productivity in data entry tasks.</li> <li>Engage with lease companies promptly and professionally via email correspondence.</li> <li>Resolve order queries and customer inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional service.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with lease companies and our Global Sales Team to address customer issues efficiently.</li> <li>Complete annual information security eLearning to uphold compliance with ROI's Information Security Policies.</li> <li>Safeguard information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification.</li> <li>Uphold awareness of access controls, both physical and logical, and fulfill incident reporting responsibilities.</li> <li>Understand the serious implications of non-compliance with ROI's Information Security Policies.</li></ul><p><strong>Experience Needed</strong></p><ul> <li>Prior experience in data entry/order processing is advantageous.</li> <li>Fluency in both English and German is essential for this role.</li> <li>Proficiency in an additional European language is a plus, though not mandatory.</li> <li>Familiarity with LeaseLink and Salesforce would be beneficial, but we're open to training.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul> <li>Company Pension Scheme: Secure your future with our AEGON pension scheme.
