OLIPOP was founded in 2017 by Ben Goodwin and David Lester. Ben and David have been working together for nearly a decade to find accessible solutions to bring the benefits of digestive health to as many consumers as possible. OLIPOP is a deliciously refreshing tonic that is crafted with prebiotics, botanicals, and natural plant fiber to support your microbiome and benefit digestive health. We're on a mission to provide an affordable, delicious alternative to soda that delivers leading-edge health benefits to mainstream consumers.

THE ROLE
OLIPOP is searching for a Sr. Manager of Space Planning to join our team to drive growth by creating and executing space planning strategy with the goal of attaining category captaincy at our trade partners. You’ll optimize retail space for maximum sales and visibility. You'll develop strategies, create planograms, and collaborate with teams to leverage data for effective product placement.
Key responsibilities include evaluating planogram performance and ensuring alignment with company goals and retailer standards. Ideal candidates bring expertise in space planning, proficiency with software tools, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities to drive retail efficiency and influence consumer purchasing decisions. The role will work cross functionally, especially with Sales and Marketing. $110k-$125k base salary + Bonus
