CF have a unique opportunity for a people professional to join our People Team and make a tangible difference to our organisation on a 3 month FTC.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will manage the company’s people, learning and talent administration. Responsibilities:
- Managing all employee lifecycle tasks which include accurately onboarding new hires, transfers, promotions, employee relations admin, right to work admin, mobility and offboarding leavers to create meaningful employee experiences, whether an individual is entering or exiting the business
- Administering our new HRIS, logging time off, uploading documents and ensuring quality employee data
- Supporting the Chief People Officer in management of people meetings, note taking, creation of follow up emails, letters and scheduling
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date digital filing of all employee documentation
- Executing employee data actions/changes in the HRIS as needed
- Supporting our performance management processes including performance reviews, performance development plans, project evaluations and 360 and upward manager feedback
- Coordinating and organising HR activities such as meetings, training sessions, and ad hoc events demonstrating high levels of attention to detail
- Supporting the roll out of any learning and development needs, including delivery, working closely with stakeholders and the Chief People Officer to implement any solutions
- Coordination of the company’s benefit programme ensuring timely benefits enrolment, information exchange and high-quality documentation
- Supporting the recruitment process when the Talent Acquisition Specialist is on leave and/or at capacity, e.g. coordinating interviews, liaising with agencies, maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and answering any recruitment related queries
- You will view your work through a DEI lens, making sure your work is inclusive and accessible for a team of brilliant people from all walks of life
