The Digital Marketing Analyst will bring strong experience in marketing automation, lead generation, and data-driven marketing strategies. In this role, you will execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimize customer journeys through A/B testing, and maintain our digital presence. Additionally, you will support field teams with marketing materials and provide actionable insights through analytics and reporting. Your expertise will drive our marketing efforts and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Automation & Campaigns
- Develop, implement, and optimize marketing automation campaigns based on customer journey insights.
- Perform A/B testing to continuously improve marketing campaign performance.
- Create segmented email marketing campaigns tailored to various audiences.
- Lead Generation
- Drive lead generation efforts through multiple channels including email marketing, digital ads, social media, and website optimization.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to nurture and convert leads.
- Digital Presence & Content Management
- Oversee and maintain the company’s digital presence including websites, social media accounts, and other digital assets.
- Coordinate with content teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Field Marketing Support
- Work closely with field teams to ensure they have the necessary physical marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, signage) for events, tradeshows, and local outreach efforts.
- Assist with local marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with overall brand messaging.
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance, lead generation efforts, and marketing ROI.
- Develop dashboards and reports to communicate marketing impact to stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and business development to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies for digital marketing, advertising, and promotional materials.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Additional Requirements: Analytical mindset with the ability to generate reports and insights from data.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and integration with marketing platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
