Tasks
Your Mission
Will drive social listening efforts, monitoring and analyzing digital conversations across various platforms. This person will actively work on Monthly /Quarterly reporting to delivery actionable content led insights across platforms for our key retainer clients to inform marketing strategies and improve customer engagement. The role demands a blend of technical and analytical skills, with a good understanding of social media platform and their key KPIs.
Job Functions
Tool Management and Data Analysis:
- Operate and manage social listening tools such as Sprinklr, Radarly, and Audiense to aggregate and interpret data for clients
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and visualisations to communicate insights
- Design to automate regular deliverables for clients for maintenance and reporting
- Help in creating visualizations and infographics to represent data findings.
Research:
- Assist the insights team in analyzing social media data to identify trends, insights, and consumer sentiments based on client objectives.
- Conduct secondary research to complement social listening insights.
- Support the insights team in developing social media strategies for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to inform analysis.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the insights and analytics team to define research goals and objectives.
- Present findings and insights in team meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Requirements
Experience and Qualification:
- Background related to Market Research, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest/experience in social media analytics, digital marketing, market research, business intelligence or data science analytics.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in operating social listening tools (e.g. Sprinklr) to gather and interpret client data.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite, Google workspaces to effectively communicate insights.
- Understanding of social media platforms, their unique KPIs, and leveraging this knowledge to inform strategy.
- Englis C1-C2 and additional languages are a bonus (e.g. Portugues)
- Use of data science tools/coding it’s a bonus: Python, R package etc
