We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our finance team as a Junior Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a young professional looking to kick-start their career in finance and grow with a forward-thinking organization.
You will work side by side with our accounting management company and Dinbeat’s CEO & Founder.
The main responsibilities of a Young Finance Manager include budgeting, controlling, updating financial records, managing invoices and treasury management.
To be successful as a Young Finance Manager, you should have strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting and good organizational skills. Ultimately, a top-notch Finance Manager should have integrity, mathematical skills, and an understanding of data privacy standards.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Manage accounting documentation.
· Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
· Process, file, and monitor payments.
· Process expense requests.
· Oversee client accounts.
· Collect and review data for reports.
· Perform audits on financial statements provided by the financial management company and ensure the correctness of payments, amounts, and records.
· Suggest improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and cost reduction.
· Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.
· Make the Monthly Budget Comparison Report.
· Control credit and chase debt.
· Connect with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers.
· Monitor daily communications and respond to queries for the Finance Department.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master of Finance preferred.
· Proven experience in financial departments.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in excel and data analysis tools.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
