👤 Job Opportunity: Executive Internship - COO

We're on the hunt for an exceptional Executive Intern to play a pivotal role in supporting the COO in implementing key strategic initiatives across several departments in order to improve processes and enhance efficiency. This role will be the right hand of the COO and work directly with senior stakeholders, tackling divers and highly demanding problems. This isn't just an internship; it's a chance to get a unique experience as part of the executive team of a company and make a real impact at a rapidly expanding startup.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Work directly on defining and developing SolarMente's long-term company strategy.
• Implement key processes to improve the day to day of the company such as OKRs, Reporting, Planning, etc.
• Deep-dive on existing processes and data in order to drive insights.
• Support in the planning and overview the implementation of Key Strategic Projects across the areas of pricing, revenue, cost reduction, customer offering, sales strategy, brand strategy, etc.
• Support the COO in other high-priority initiatives within his agenda.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items on behalf of the COO.
• Be part of a dynamic and innovative team, driving SolarMente's mission forward.

• Data driven; able to analyse and synthesise large data inputs and provide insights.
• Intermediate SQL skills, plus G-suite proficiency (sheets, slides) will be valued.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ability to work well in a collaborative and fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Enthusiasm for shaping the future of clean energy technology.
