Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into complicated, but clean and efficient code
- Produce prototypes of web frontends
- Knowledge sharing, technical leadership
- Develop schedules and determine milestones
- Participate in code reviews, and provide feedback on all aspects of the development process
- Document code inclusive reusable frontend infrastructure and components
- Create tests and validation procedures to assure the quality
- Maintain code, fix bugs and iron out occurring problems
- Collaborate with other departments e.g. backend developers, designers, product owners
Requirements
- > 3 years of frontend development experience
- HTML5/CSS3
- Knowledge of Typescript and/or Javascript (ES6)
- React or similar web frontend framework
- Git, Continuous Integration, build tools (vite, webpack, rollup)
- Backend communication: REST, GraphQL, authentication like JWT
- Web infrastructure (S3 comp. storage, load-balancing, SSR)
- Fluency in English written and spoken
Nice to have
- Experience with WebGL or other graphics programming API exposure
Good to know
- This full-time position is on an indefinite freelance basis for contractors within the Central European Timezone +/-2.
