Founded in 2005, remote control productions (rcp) is an independent and unique Munich production house dedicated to interactive entertainment. We provide comprehensive support in HR, finance, business development, business intelligence, and (creative) production, allowing game studios to focus on their core competency—creating exceptional games.

Collaborating with over 500 individuals across Europe and Asia, we foster innovation and creativity in the gaming industry.

With a portfolio of 400+ projects, including hit titles like Songs of Silence and the Bus Simulator series, we actively engage in the industry ecosystem, contributing to politics, education, culture, and social issues.

Your role

At rcp, we cultivate self-responsibility and transparent decision-making. We work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, promoting autonomy and accountability. This includes our ongoing efforts to upgrade from our current “rcp version 3.0”, symbolizing our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

As Operations Manager (f/m/d), you will be an integral part of our international 26-member team, focused on elevating our internal operational systems to new heights. Your mission is more than just tweaking processes - it's about infusing efficiency into everything we do and facilitating our transition to "rcp version 3.5".
Being a champion of efficiency principles and values, you will drive the team to work smarter, not harder.

The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:

• You'll take the lead in maintaining, iterating, and modernizing our processes to ensure they're agile and effective.
• Write project papers, execute kick-offs, and facilitate in-house training to ensure that all our teams are fully engaged.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of digital (AI) solutions.
• You'll drive the optimization of tools like Asana and MSN to maximize their effectiveness in our operations.
• Establish project management standards using templates to ensure consistency and clarity across our teams and departments.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams ( strikeforces), and teams & departments (crews), including C-Level, IT, HR, and Office Management to ensure high-quality operations.

Who are we looking for:

• 3-5 years of proven experience as an Operations or Project Manager, or similar role.
• Familiar with optimizing organizational efficiency and managing operations.
• Established a track record of finished projects.
• Expertise in project management tools, agile methodologies, and financial principles.
• Comfortable collaborating with C-level executives in an international work environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Motivated, diligent, and reliable with a hands-on approach.
• Driven to make a meaningful difference with a positive impact.
