For the Financial Accounting department of the School Group, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic: Financial Accountant (m/w/d).

Tasks

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Ongoing accounting
• Treasury management
• Debtor accounting, incl. dunning process
• Creditor accounting
• Asset accounting
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
• Arising correspondence
• Point of contact for tax-related questions in cooperation with our tax consultants

Requirements

Your Profile:

• Successfully graduated in business education or comparable further education
• Several years of professional experience
• Independent, reliable and accurate way of working
• Strong analytical and communicative skills
• Service orientation and ability to work in a team
• Highly proficient knowledge of German Tax Law / Tax Legislation / as well as the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch)
• Knowledge of DATEV (preferably also "Unternehmen online") or similar accounting software
• Confident handling of MS Office
• German advanced knowledge in word and writing is desirable (support will be provided)
