Tasks
📍Your tasks and responsibilites
- You analyze the general market situation, trend developments, competitor landscape, etc. as foundation for all further activities
- Identify and profile suitable customers, recycling companies as well as cooperation partners and their key decision makers
- Prepare communication with external stakeholders and participate in virtual as well as in-person meetings
- Identify, prioritize and execute key improvement potentials on internal processes to elevate day-to-day efficiency
- Help shaping the business development strategy, incl. target customers and suppliers, collaboration models, etc.
- Contribute to ambitious weekly and monthly objectives defined by the company… and jointly celebrate when crushing these goals
Requirements
💡 What you need to succeed
- Experience: You bring in initial work experience in startup, consulting, finance or a similar field. Engineering background is a plus.
- Qualification: You are currently studying as a Bachelor, Master, or MBA student. We are open to applicants from various academic backgrounds.
- Communication: You are fluent in German (!) and English, and possess both the energy and tonality to be respectfully assertive.
- Passion: A genuine passion for our mission and sustainability.
- Analytical Thinking: You have an analytical and strategic approach to given tasks.
- Critical Thinking: You think without being limited to your role and criticize wherever needed.
- Getting sh*t done: You are autonomous and self-motivated, able to tackle different initiatives and adapt to a constantly changing and highly demanding work environment.
