For this journey, we're searching for our first HR Generalist (m/w/d) to establish and scale our HR & Recruiting processes.

Aufgaben

What you'll be doing

In a nutshell: Attract the greatest talent to bring and make sure everyone is having their biggest growth curve!

Function as the sparring partner to our Co-Founders on both strategic and operational topics, who lead our HR & Recruitment efforts so far.

• Establish and manager our HR efforts - with a special focus on Recruiting and Culture
• Organizing our Recruiting pipline, speaking with candidates, finding the best talents and onboard them to our company
• Expand our culture efforts for our 30+ team members by working with our Office & Culture manager
• Working closely with our Leadership-Team across the entire company

Qualifikation

What we're looking for:

• A strong track record in HR & Recruiting
• Experience within a fast-paced environment, preferably in a hyper-growth and vc-funded company
• Passion for our product and mission
• Strong knowledge of fintech, brokerage, insurtech, sales, finance, and compliance
• A creative, hands-on person with the ability to engage with anyone and thrive in a dynamic startup environment
• Fluency in both German and English
