Tasks
- Take on an expert role for complex IT solutions and processes in the fields of E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Services or Finance
- Independently conduct and manage large-scale IT implementation projects based on Odoo
- Demonstrate consistent support to our customers as their initial point of contact throughout projects, and adeptly handle escalations
- Professionally lead and mentor our ambitious Junior Consultants fostering their professional growth and development
- Constantly shape and improve our internal business processes for an entire business unit
- Design intelligent business IT architectures and automated ERP solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
- Steer the development of software customizations and internal products
- Lead workshops, pitches, and change management initiatives for our customers, ensuring smooth transitions and effective project execution
Requirements
- At least 4 years of work experience with 2 years as an IT Consultant, ERP key user or ERP Consultant
- Experience with business IT and processes in any field, ideally Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, SaaS or Finance
- Higher education in a business or IT-related field
- Ideally first experience in leadership and mentoring
- Very fast comprehension skills, analytical way of working & high commitment
- Passion for challenging projects and smart solutions
- English & German language fluency of C1 is required
