WHAT YOU DO
- As a Creative Director Experiential, you are a key player and responsible for the creative team with focus on dedicated experiential topics and projects.
- With passion for the creative process, you develop, translate and execute concepts and strategies to create on-point physical experiences and storytelling customer journeys.
- You bridge the gap between account management and creative work.
- You develop and lead a strong and focused interdisciplinary team of creatives.
- You convince our client with your many years of experience and with visionary and disruptive approaches that challenges the Zeitgeist.
- As a team lead, you are responsible for budget planning, client communication, briefing the creative team and achieving defined goals and milestones.
WHO YOU ARE
- You are an integrated experiential expert with a real passion for a linked 360° marketing channel mix.
- You have an extended international background with a wealth of expertise in the luxury industry and you have a degree in architecture education.
- You must have proven experience in similar positions, ideally in an agency environment.
- You have a flair for the automotive world, innovation, tech and trends, combined with an aesthetic sensibility and love for the detail as well as an outstanding visual and spatial imagination.
- You take ownership of deliverables, managing them independently and efficiently.
- You are open to continuous learning and act proactively with your leaders.
- You are always approachable and have a good-natured service attitude, ensuring a positive working atmosphere.
- You have a healthy self-confidence and do not let yourself be intimidated or demotivated by a challenging client.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our daily business.
