We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Growth Manager to further grow our (B2B) digital solutions and offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product development and management, data analysis, and marketing strategies.
You will be responsible for driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative product initiatives and data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Product Optimization: Understand customer needs and pain points, rethink business processes, and models to leverage digital tools and technologies effectively and prioritize and implement product enhancements aimed at improving conversion rates and user experience
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and develop and execute comprehensive product growth strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
• Customer Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new customers through targeted marketing campaigns, partnerships, product optimizations and personalized engagement efforts together with key account management.
• Customer Retention: Implement strategies to enhance user engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty, reducing churn rates and increasing lifetime value.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
• Monetization: Drive revenue growth by optimizing pricing strategies, upsell opportunities, and monetization features within the product together with operational business units.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product roadmap and growth initiatives.

Specific Requirements

• Master´s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, growth marketing, or related roles, preferably in the B2B industry.
• Proven track record of successfully driving product growth and achieving business objectives.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and rapid experimentation frameworks is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English is a must.

Immediately or upon agreement.
