Tasks

• Be the face of People & Culture within the office and support employees needs
• Assist the People & Culture Team in efficiently managing daily office operations
• Provide support in various People & Culture administrative duties
• Organize and enhance team events for our Munich office
• Conduct and evaluate our employee satisfaction efforts
• Maintain and enhance our internal knowledge base and People & Culture resources
• Engage in stimulating People & Culture projects focused on HR Marketing and Internal Communication

Requirements

• You are looking for a varied internship to gain hands-on experience in People & Culture topics
• You are studying Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Communications, Educational Science or within a comparable field
• You are an English and German speaking team player
• You excel in fast comprehension, effective communication, and strong commitment
